1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Fervio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Fervio mobile application (“App”). Fervio is a fitness and wellness app operated under the name Fervio. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Fervio stores account and App data on our servers. We do not operate a user-facing social network or public profile directory in the current version of the App.
2. Age Requirement
Fervio is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided information through the App, contact us at alfianjatinurulfikri@outlook.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete that information from our servers where we can reasonably do so.
3. Information We Collect
Account information. If you create an account with email, we store the email address and account credentials on our servers. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple provides an identifier that Fervio uses on our servers to recognize your account. We do not receive your Apple ID password.
Profile information. You may provide a display name, optional profile photo, age or birth year, and other details requested during registration or in the Me section. Profile information you provide is stored on our servers.
Body and fitness profile. The App may store answers from the body questionnaire, focus areas, activity level, training preferences, caution tags, height, weight logs, water intake records, exercise minutes, workout session history, and personalized plan settings on our servers.
App usage. Fervio stores preference quiz results, blocked or hidden content selections, and in-app settings such as rest interval and workout music preferences on our servers.
Device and technical data. The App may rely on standard mobile operating system services for in-app purchases, secure storage, and notifications. We do not intentionally collect precise location data for advertising purposes.
4. In-App Purchases
This app offers optional in-app purchase services, including membership subscriptions (Fervio Pro), virtual coins, and other digital content.
All payments are completed by the Apple App Store. We do not obtain your bank card, credit card, or other payment account information.
We only receive necessary purchase information returned by the store, such as purchase status, order identifiers (not full payment details), and subscription validity periods. We use this information to verify your purchase eligibility, unlock membership benefits, and restore purchase records. Fervio may also store subscription status, virtual coin balance, coin transaction history, and unlocked premium courses or content on our servers for these purposes.
We do not use your purchase information for advertising or marketing, or sell it to third parties.
5. Information We Do Not Collect
Fervio does not require you to join a community feed, post public messages, or follow other users. The App does not include forums, direct messaging between users, or user-generated public content sharing in the current version.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent advertising or marketing.
6. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to provide and improve App features, including personalized workout recommendations, training plans, progress tracking, premium access management, coin and subscription handling, content filtering when you report or block bundled fitness tips or courses, and customer support when you contact us.
Workout and wellness data is used to power in-app features available to you in the App. We do not use your health-related inputs to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects outside the App.
7. Server Storage
Fervio stores account and App data on our servers. Signing out ends your signed-in session on that device and does not by itself delete your account data from our servers. Deleting your account within the App removes account and App data associated with that account from our servers, subject to the limitations described in the App and any retention required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
The Apple App Store processes payments, subscriptions, and restore-purchase requests under Apple’s terms and privacy policies. Sign in with Apple is governed by Apple’s privacy terms. Fervio receives only the information needed to complete those integrations and does not control how Apple handles platform-level data.
The App may open system settings or store pages when you manage subscriptions or restore purchases.
9. Content Reporting and Blocking
If you report or block bundled fitness tips or workout courses, your choices are stored on our servers to filter what you see. These actions do not create a public report visible to other users and do not create a Fervio-operated community moderation queue in the current version.
10. Data Retention
Account and App data on our servers is retained until you change or delete it, delete your account, or as otherwise needed to provide the App and meet legal obligations. Subscription and purchase records maintained by Apple are retained according to Apple’s policies.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information stored on our servers, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for securing your device with a passcode, biometric lock, or equivalent protection and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
12. Your Choices and Rights
You may review and update much of your profile information inside the App. You may sign out, delete your account, restore purchases through the App, and manage subscriptions through your device’s store account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. To exercise those rights, contact us using the email below.
13. International Users
If you use Fervio outside your home country, your information may be stored and processed on our servers and is handled according to this Policy and applicable law.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be noted within the App. Continued use of Fervio after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
